All FAA class medical certification examinations – Class I, II, and III – are offered. BasicMed examinations are not offered. We are board certified Aerospace Medicine Specialists, experts in our specialty, nationally and internationally recognized, and exist to help you complete your FAA medical certification requirements! To schedule an appointment please select a day and time in our online schedule and schedule your appointment. An acknowledgement email will be sent to the email address provided, with a code that can be used to reschedule your appointment yourself, if necessary.
We provide personalized assistance with "Special Issuance" and Conditions AMEs Can Issue (CACI) medical certification, as well as other medical certification problems. HRR and Dvorine PIP color vision tests are performed using True Daylight Illuminator illumination to maximize passing pilot FAA color vision standards. We can help guide you if you have or think you may have color deficiency problems which exist in 8% of males, a deficiency that passes from a mother's father to her sons.
We are co-located on Boerne Stage Airfield (5C1) with Merit Air and MCS Sky inside the large open central section of Hanger 640, on the second floor. Access to our mid runway location is gained by driving in on the combined entrance road/taxiway into Boerne Stage Airfield (5C1) from Boerne Stage Road, off IH-10 south of Boerne, Texas. Designated FAA physical parking is located inside the central hangar on the right side. Security Gate entrance access to Boerne Stage Airfield will be provided the day of your examination. Fly-in appointments are also available by arrangement.
